Refund Policy

We want you and your child to love learning with StudywithMissJ. If something isn't right, email us at hi@studywithmissj.com with your order number and we'll help.

1. Printed books (spiral-bound)

- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Books must be unused and in the condition you received them.
- Email us first — we'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us can't be processed.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.
- Once we receive and check the return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
- Discounted items (including our regular 20% bundle offer) are eligible for return like any other order.

2. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to return the damaged item.

3. Digital downloads (PDFs)

Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, digital purchases are non-refundable once the order is placed.

We will always help if:
- your download link doesn't work or the file won't open,
- you were charged twice for the same product, or
- you received the wrong file.
In these cases we'll fix the problem or refund you.

Bundles that include both printed books and digital PDFs: the printed books can be returned under section 1. The digital files are non-refundable.

4. Order cancellations

Printed orders usually ship within 24 hours. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Digital orders can't be cancelled after the files are delivered.

5. Customers in the European Union

If your printed order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same conditions as section 1.
